Zainab Khan, Lead Consultant
Zainab Khan is the Founder and CEO of SeidoHR Consultancy Services, a Lahore-based HR consulting firm specialising in strategic HR advisory, organisation design, talent optimisation, leadership assessment and HR programme design.
With over 25 years of senior corporate HR experience, she has worked across engineering, manufacturing, retail, financial services and the not-for-profit sector, partnering with leadership teams at organisations including Shell, Engro, Philip Morris, UBL, Dubai Islamic Bank, Service Group and Hashoo Group.
Since founding SeidoHR in 2012, Zainab has led work in organisational transformation, competency frameworks, performance management systems, leadership development and people strategy.
Her approach connects business priorities with the structures, behaviours and capabilities needed to deliver them.
She is a certified Lumina Coach and a practitioner in HAY Job Evaluation, Predictive Index, Hogan Assessments, Denison Culture Survey and IPE Mercer Salary Survey. Her leadership development work focuses on self-awareness, decision-making and measurable behavioural change.
Zainab is also an advocate for women’s development, having founded the Women’s Goodwill Collaborative, led the Resilient Women’s Collective, and mentored women entrepreneurs through the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.
She serves as Chapter Lead Lahore for PSHRM and is a visiting speaker at LUMS and HR conferences across Pakistan. She holds a Master’s in Occupational and Business Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, a BSc Honours in Economics from LUMS, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Cornell University.

Asma Hassan, Consultant
She has completed her MPhil in Management and Finance from Lahore School of Economics in 2014 and MBA in Corporate Finance and Banking from Lahore School of Economics in 2008. She has done a business foundation course from Abacus College, Oxford, in 2004.
She has 9 years of experience as Lecturer of Business Studies, Management and Corporate Finance and has worked as an MTO at UBL-Ameen. She has been trained in running assessment centers for recruitment and selection as well as development purposes. Her specific areas of expertise include conducting research, financial analysis, business analysis, strategic policy making and project implementation. In addition, she is also the in-house subject matter expert in the areas of research, business management and people development.
She is Lumina Psychometric Assessments Practitioner. She has hands on experience on running a series of assessment centers for recruitment and selection as well as development purposes, HAY Job Evaluation Methodology, Job Descriptions and Analysis, Competency Frameworks, Co Facilitating Performance Management, Leadership, BBI Training, Organization Culture and Capacity Development programs.

Mahvesh Hameed has been in the field of HR for over 12 years, and has been associated with various reputed companies in different industries including Manufacturing, Education, Fertilizer and Information Technology.
She is an insightful HR professional who is passionate about building high performing teams. From private start-ups to industry giants, she has grown her skills in policy making, formulating rewards structures, performance management systems, values and behaviors frameworks and employee engagement mechanisms.
Working with top-management in challenging environments has given her hands on experience in transforming organizational culture through process improvements and changing mindsets.
Mahvesh did her MSc. In Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis from King’s College London in 2006 and Bsc. (Hons) in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2005.

Sara Haq, Consultant
Sara has varied experience of working across various sectors specifically focusing on research, building team, coaching and developing people. Sara completed her masters from IBA in 2006 and started her career in the development sector managing a diverse set of projects, conducting research and analysis. She gained experience as an HR professional in the educational sector and used her business acumen to create a sustainable, profitable and future proof organization. Her diverse background brings creativity, innovation and seeing things in a different perspective.

Saleha Pervaiz, Associate Consultant
Saleha Pervaiz is an Associate Consultant at SeidoHR. She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Lahore School of Economics and a B.A degree in Applied Psychology from Kinnaird College.
She brings a diverse professional background spanning banking, business ownership, research and creative communication. Her experience in banking strengthened her analytical, client coordination and stakeholder management skills, while her years as a business owner gave her practical exposure to operations, planning, customer relationships and execution.
At SeidoHR, Saleha supports consulting assignments through research, documentation, analysis and project coordination. She also contributes to the firm’s digital presence through social media content planning and coordination.
