Zainab Khan, Lead Consultant
Zainab Khan has been associated with Human Resource for over 20 years and has worked with several reputed companies in varied industries including Mechanical and Chemical Engineering, Packaging Manufacturing, Retail, Call Centers and NPOs.
Working at senior positions in the corporate world, she acquired practical exposure and hands-on experience of working with executive leadership teams in helping create collaborative cultures where business can thrive through employee engagement, context based organizational design, training, development and succession
planning, compensation and benefits and allied HR systems.
She is a skilled trainer and facilitator for a broad range of topics, pertaining to people management, leadership and management development and Human Resources operations and strategy. As well as Business Vision, Mission and Values creation sessions.
She is a trained practitioner on the HAY Job Evaluation, Predictive Index, Hogan Assessments, Denison Culture Survey, Lumina, and the IPE Mercer Salary Survey toolkit. She also has hands on know how of designing and delivering HCM systems in both SAP and Microsoft AX HR.
Six years ago she set up her own company by the name of SEIDO HR (See- aye- doh), where she is Lead Consultant. In the last few year she has been actively involved in Organizational Transformations, helping her clients improve alignment between the Business Strategy and People Plans.
Through process improvement, departmental restructuring, creating collaborative, productive environments for employees within those companies.
In her own capacity she volunteers as Chapter Lead Lahore for Pakistan Society of Human Resources Management. She is an active visiting speaker at LUMS and various HR conferences, has worked as a co-facilitator, PSHRM Boot Camp, PSHRM My Compass program.
Zainab completed her BSc Honors degree in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences in 1997.
