Leadership Advance Program (LEAP)

Conducting talent assessments and providing recommendations for talent optimization by using Lumina Spark Psychometric Analysis tool that provides unique personality portrait of each participant. This is an ongoing training of 6 months and the content is designed around the "LEAP" using insights from Lumina Spark portraits.
