Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

A day long interactive workshop per batch (20 people in a batch, 4 batches in total), with the objective of creating an awareness of the role organizations and individuals need to play in creating an environment which is conducive to employee emotional wellbeing - leading to productivity and protecting the company and employees by ensuring that no one crosses the line or in fact even goes near the line.
